Who: Basswood Avenue Residents (who live between Shorewood and Shoreview)

What: A casual opportunity for us to get to know our neighbors.
What It’s Not: An HOA meeting. No call to order. No agenda. It’s just for fun. If we want to take steps for making our HOA active, we can pursue that in the future.

Where: Ron and Lorrie’s backyard at 26821 Basswood. Please enter through the gate by the driveway.

Supplied for you: Table for setting out snacks, drinks listed above, ice, cups, napkins, plates, nametags, and a bit of shade.

I know it might be weird that this is on my work website, but it’s the easiest way for me to collect RSVPs and emails for any necessary neighborhood communication. Our HOA has been inactive for years, but it does exist and it’s a common practice to have a master list of emails in case of emergency (or fun happy hours). Thanks for making Basswood Avenue the place to be in RPV!
